I really agree on the idea that teachers should act in a way that students could develop both their teamwork skills and the skills to work independently. Teachers should make every individual in a team be responsible and important for the grade all the team members get equally. Only then, teachers can have all their students involved in the appointment and work collaboratively enough. Otherwise, only the active students who consider themselves to know more than passive students may work more without letting passive groupmates do something about that assignment.
